Grad School Quiche
Today I stopped by a grocery chain that I used to shop in graduate school. In the case! There it was! My favorite spinach quiche that I bought in those past days. I needed to get one to share with my family. Again, they felt that it isn’t as good as mine but still tasty.

Su Borek

Zucchini Pie
At the CSA yesterday, I left with 3 pounds of zucchini. I made this lovely zucchini pie using onions yellow peppers some fresh herbs zucchini and cheddar cheese. This will be a great lunch this week!
