For some reason I didn’t take a picture of this beauty when It came out of the oven. I make Su Borek due to my husband’s Turkish roots. I had my first taste of it in Montreal and have replicated it many times. This week it is a quick lunch!

Another cookbook

New Pie Toy!

I cannot wait for Thanksgiving to use my new pie toy! I had heard that the table top plates make a great crust. It should be really beautiful when I fill it with pies!

I went to a local business to see what they had as I’ve never been there. The interior had remnants of movies and television shows film locally. I came home with a cute vacation side of jewelry.

Book Sale Find

I found this yesterday at my local library books sale. I can’t wait to take it all in and try some of the recipes today. I didn’t know anything about the Little Pie Company but I’m excited to try it the next time I am in New York.
