Peach Pie

I just realized that I didn’t publish this post. I did a straight peach pie, which is unlike me since I’d love to do a mixed fruit pie. I put some whole wheat flour in the crust. It is basically the same recipe of 4 cups of fruit, one cup of sugar, 2 to 4 or 6 tablespoons of flour, some spices such as nutmeg and cinnamon. I greased the pan before putting in the dough and then I sealed the inside crest with an egg wash.
