For some reason I didn’t take a picture of this beauty when It came out of the oven. I make Su Borek due to my husband’s Turkish roots. I had my first taste of it in Montreal and have replicated it many times. This week it is a quick lunch!

Simit

Turkish Simit is one of our favorite breakfast treats for Sunday Turkish Breakfast. While these are a bit of work, they are easy and fast enough to whip for in the morning for a brunch.
