At the CSA yesterday, I left with 3 pounds of zucchini. I made this lovely zucchini pie using onions yellow peppers some fresh herbs zucchini and cheddar cheese. This will be a great lunch this week!

Buy a PIE!
I had to do it! I had to buy a pie! Look at this beauty with homegrown strawberries! I went to my local farm for a CSA pick up and went into grab a pie.
Lala Java
I stopped at my favorite coffee shop on the way to a dental appointment. I love the gooey grilled cheese and tiki tea. Of course this morning I just needed coffee so no tea for today! On my way to the ladies room, I noticed this pie-inspired t-shirt.

Another Mulberry Pie!
Last week when I made a mulberry pie, I made another pie for the freezer. This pie went into the oven on Friday night for our appetizer and dessert dinner to kickstart the holiday weekend. Corelle Pie Plates
My mom gave me her beloved Corelle pie plates. My dad worked at Corning Glass so we were big consumers of Corningware. I have fond memories of my mom’s pies and the wonderful crust from these plates. I hope to use them this weekend for the our 4th of July pies.

Cast Iron Blueberry Crumb
