Our oven has been on the fritz so I haven’t been able to bake since Christmas dinner. I found this fabulous recipe from Ozlem Warren’s blog for a borek that I had in Adana, Turkey from a street vendor. These are easy to make and yummy. My husband served his with sliced lemon.

Last fall, Zucchini Pie was my favorite go to lunch. It goes together quick since it uses a quick bake mix.
