I have not posted for a while but I’ve been thinking about spring baking. My family and I experienced the late winter blas when we long for spring flavors but winter still falls from the sky. Baking was not high on the list. I haven’t made a pie lately, except for two that I will post tomorrow.
During my evening walk, I admired all of the daffodils bursting to provide color. They are my absolute favorite flower and I love seeing them in April.
