The March challenge in my pie baking group is hand pies. This was a recipe that I made up as I went along. I tried making hand pies in February without great success. I wanted to try it again without doing a lot of prep work.
This version contains chopped up ham and cheese with store bought crust. I brushed the top with some egg wash. (Egg and water)
