I blog a lot about my favorite local bakery! This morning they posted photos of their PI day mixed berry pie. Of course, I’m a sucker for pie and need very little reason to not indulge.
This weekend I’m planning to make a pumpkin pie for PI day as well as some tiny empandas (hand pies)! So enjoy a weekend dedicated to spring and pie!
