Ski Championship Pie

Ski championships happened this past weekend from my daughter. There was a huge potluck amongst all of the teams. I made two pies with a Pear and Raspberry filling. I decorated the top with snowflakes on top and the word “ski”!

I used Ken Haedrich’s Recipe for both the filling and the crust from his book “Pie“, one of my favorite cookbooks and truly the cookbook that made me a better pie baker.
