My National Pie Day week is continuing with delivery of this amazing book that I found through a used book seller since it is out of print. Ken Haedrich wrote the first pie book that I ever owned. Recently I was looking through his website at his books and noticed this amazing book devote to apple pies. Since I love making apple pies mixed with other fruits, I wanted to find a copy. Amazingly it arrived in time for pie day.
