I have a ton of peaches that we harvested from a local farm so I decided to make some peach buckle this morning. Are use my traditional Buckle recipe and then put peaches on the top. I broiled just a few minutes to caramelize the topping.

Pie Reimagined 
Once cobbler has cooled, place a large serving plate over the pie dish and quickly invert so as not to spill the juice. Slice so each piece has a full peach and drizzle with extra syrup. Serve immediately with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. I don’t like this at all. It’s not the worst. Sure, this will do. I’m a fan—would recommend. Amazing! I love it! Thanks for your rating!
