Typically I post pictures of pies that I make. However my friend’s daughter took a baking class recently at Culinary Underground and made this fabulous blueberry Galette. She said it was just a basic fruit recipe, which would be around a pound of fruit a bit of thickener such as flour, a cup of sugar, some spice which could include cinnamon, cardamom, and allspice, plus a smidge of salt.
