I stopped at Sevan bakery to get spinach pies and saw these beauties at the top of the cooler. This is a basic dough that is filled with either meat or cheese filling. At times they will put an egg on top of the meat filling to bake along with a pastry. I would love to be able to master the shape. But right now I’m just settling into being an eater!
