New pie?

Is a rhubarb blueberry pie on the menu? My local market has lots of rhubarb that is locally sourced. While I’ve made strawberry rhubarb pie a dozen years ago, I haven’t made it recently.

All of the pie blogs that I follow recommended a mixed fruit recipe of blueberry and rhurarb. You all know how much I love mixed fruit pies. I cut up the rhubarb in the package and the mixed in enough blueberries to make 4 cups of fruit. Then I followed my usual mixed fruit recipe – 1 cup sugar, 2-4 T. flour, pinch of salt, pinch of cardamon, dash of vanilla. I made a single crust using a bit of buckwheat flour.
